Job Description Job Description Accounts Receivable Clerk - Contract (8-12 Weeks) Location: Ann Arbor, MI Schedule: Hybrid (after training) Pay Rate: $23-$26 per hour Employment Type: Contract (3 months / 8-12 weeks or longer) Supported By: LHH Recruitment Solutions About the Opportunity LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in Ann Arbor, MI to hire an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a contract assignment expected to last 8-12 weeks (with potential to extend) . This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced accounting team. After training, this position will transition to a hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities Process invoices, credit memos, and all related accounts receivable transactions Provide exceptional internal and external client support via phone, email, and written communication Research and resolve account issues, billing discrepancies, and cash application questions Monitor A/R aging reports and assist in resolving outstanding items Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records Qualifications Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting support preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to research and resolve discrepancies independently Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite Compensation & Details Pay Range: $23-$26/hr Schedule: Hybrid after training Duration: 3-month contract (8-12 weeks or longer) Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Tracey Callahan Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
