Job Description Job Description Job Description: The applicant will work to maintain Dow Diamond standards by assisting in mowing and edging of lawns, weed pulling, irrigation maintenance, aerification, topdressing, mound and plate repair, infield and warning track upkeep, batting practice set up and tear down, game preparations and track pickup. Applicant must have the ability to multi-task and be flexible to the changing demands of the position. Applicant must also be willing to assist with post-game tasks after each game. You will have the responsibility of working safely at all times. Expectations: Qualified candidates must be creative, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and outgoing individuals that truly enjoy having FUN. Must be able to work flexible hours including day, evening, weekend and holiday hours. Physical Demands: Ability to withstand outdoor elements: heat or cold as well as being on your feet for extended periods of time. Applicant must also be able to doing the following: climb stairs, use ladders, and carry/lift up to 50 pounds.
