Job Description Job Description Benefits: Flexible schedule Snow Response Team Member On-Call Location: Lansing, MI Employment Type: Seasonal | On-Call (Winter Season) Pay Range: $18.00$25.00 per hour (based on experience and role assignment) About Kanazeh Lawn Service Kanazeh Lawn Service has served the Lansing community since 2012, providing snow removal and property maintenance services. We are building an On-Call Snow Response Team to assist during winter storm events. Position Overview This is a seasonal, on-call position activated during snow events. Snow Response Team Members assist with plowing support, salting, shoveling, and general snow and ice management to help maintain safe residential and commercial properties. Work hours are weather-dependent and scheduled based on snowfall and operational needs. Responsibilities Respond to snow event notifications and report as scheduled Assist with plowing, salting, and snow removal operations Shovel sidewalks and entryways as assigned Operate light snow removal equipment (snow blowers, spreaders) Support drivers and sidewalk crews during storm operations Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Qualifications Reliable transportation and ability to respond on short notice Availability for on-call work during snow events (including nights and weekends) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work Team-oriented and dependable attitude Snow removal experience preferred but not required Compensation & Schedule $18.00$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and assigned responsibilities Weekly pay Overtime paid in accordance with state and federal law when applicable Seasonal, on-call schedule during winter months Work Environment Outdoor work in cold, snowy, and icy conditions Early morning, overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts during storm events Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
