Lead, coach, and develop an on-site team Ensure compliance with HUD, Section 8, MAM and Fair Housing regulations Manage budgets, expenses, and NOI performance Drive occupancy while maintaining strong resident relationships Partner with maintenance leadership to protect and improve the asset Represent Monarch’s values on site—professional, fair, and people-focused What We’re Looking For Proven Property Manager experience 5 years HUD / Affordable Housing experience is required Able to pass a soft credit review Why work for Monarch?
