Used Car Store Location: Toledo, OH Job Type: Full-Time Start Date:
Immediate Allen of Toledo is excited to open the doors to our
newest used car dealership —and we’re building a strong,
customer-focused team from the ground up! We’re looking for a
dependable and detail-oriented Service Representative / Data Entry
& Parts Coordinator to join our service department. What You'll Do:
Accurately input service and repair order data into our dealership
system Assist with customer check-ins and provide service updates
Order parts for service jobs and ensure timely delivery Stock,
label, and organize parts inventory Maintain accurate inventory
records and re-order as needed Communicate with technicians and
service advisors to ensure parts availability Handle general
administrative support for the service department What We’re
Looking For: Strong typing and data entry skills Experience with
auto parts ordering or service department operations (preferred,
but we’ll train the right person) Good organization and
time-management skills Friendly and professional customer service
skills High school diploma or equivalent Dependable,
