ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Carla Mccormick - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Managerial and Supervisory Experience Detail-oriented and able to multitask. 2 years customer service experience preferred but not required. Property & Casualty license must currently have or must be able to obtain. Life and Health license must have currently or must be able to obtain .
