Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Local Contract Now Hiring: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Minnesota (Specific school site shared upon interview) Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Duration: 2025–2026 School Year (10-month schedule) Setting: K–12 Public School Start Date: September 2, 2025 End Date: June 4, 2026 Compensation: $38-$49/hr. We are seeking dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologists to support a Minnesota-based public school district for the 2025–2026 school year. These roles are ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping students overcome communication challenges and thrive in the academic setting. Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities include: Delivering speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and writing progress reports Supporting students with communication disorders related to articulation, fluency, voice, language, and pragmatics Collaborating with IEP teams to develop and implement goals Participating in IEP meetings and providing consultative support to educators and families Documenting services and maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior school-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Why Work With RCM?
