(LPN) license and minimum 1 years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A licensed practical nurse
(LPN) is needed to provide specialized nursing support within a
K-12 school setting, specifically supporting children at a
preschool and childcare program in Waterford, MI. This leave
contract role offers half-day hours with focused attention on
individualized student care. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver 1:1
nursing support to students with complex medical needs - Perform
G-tube suctioning and tracheostomy (trach) care with precision and
safety - Monitor students health and promptly respond to medical
needs during assigned hours - Maintain detailed documentation and
communication with school healthcare staff - Follow all district
guidelines and comply with school safety protocols Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN/LVN license - Experience working in
pediatric nursing, preferably in school or childcare environments -
Skilled in performing trach care and G-tube suctioning procedures -
Ability to work independently and provide compassionate support to
young children - Must complete fingerprinting and obtain a district
badge as part of onboarding Schedule and Location: - Waterford, MI
at a preschool and childcare program affiliated with a K-12 school
district - Half-day shifts from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on select
dates:February: 3, 9, 12, 17, 19March: 5, 11April: 7, 9, 10May: 7 -
Sub acceptance required by 8:00 AM or start of school day This
