Pathologist (K–12 Openings) Start Date: ASAP – End of School Year
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-Time) AnthroMed Education is a
growing community of Speech-Language Pathologists dedicated to
providing the speech services students deserve. We focus solely on
creating an environment that empowers our SLPs to make meaningful,
lasting impacts in schools all while receiving the support,
flexibility, and recognition they deserve. Our partner schools in
the Walled Lake area are hiring for multiple school-based SLP
opportunities serving elementary, middle, and high school students.
These openings offer variety, flexibility, and strong district
support, allowing us to align clinicians with roles that best match
their experience and professional goals. Current Full-Time
Opportunities Include: Elementary School-Based Role supporting a
high-need student population with the opportunity to collaborate
with another SLP in the building Split Elementary & Secondary
Assignment providing caseload relief and support alongside existing
SLPs District-Wide Caseload Support / Compensatory Services Role
requiring flexibility to travel between buildings All positions are
full-time (1.0 FTE). While full-time is preferred, AnthroMed is
happy to discuss individual preferences, grade-level interests, and
travel flexibility to ensure the best possible fit. Our Process:

interview followed by a Zoom meeting with our management team We
take the time to learn about you: preferred grade levels,
eligibility experience, and travel preferences Interview with
school partners to explore caseload details, school culture, and
role specifics What Does AnthroMed’s Clinical Support Look Like?
Bi-weekly team meetings to collaborate and problem-solve with
fellow SLPs Dedicated SLP Clinical Support, including: 1:1 caseload
guidance Speech therapy materials database Free continuing
education opportunities (ASHA CE approved) A highly responsive,
supportive team committed to your success Responsibilities:
Evaluate students’ speech-language abilities and develop treatment
plans Provide high-quality direct speech-language therapy services
aligned with IEPs Conduct assessments, analyze results, and prepare
comprehensive reports Address needs in speech, language, fluency,
voice, pragmatics, and oral motor skills Use evidence-based
research and professional literature to guide clinical decisions
Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and problem-solving
discussions Collaborate with instructional staff using
strength-based, child- and family-centered practices Ensure
compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines Support
teachers in identifying and referring students with speech and
language concerns Other duties as assigned Requirements: Master’s
degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current Michigan SLP license or eligibility for licensure
Experience working with school-aged children Knowledge of special
education laws and procedures, including IDEA and IEP development
