This position is Hybrid/Remote and located in Troy, MISOME ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n Be responsible for overall quality activities in the PDP process\n Perform analysis on filter components working with sub suppliers and customers in Japan/Asia to ensure quality standards are being met \n Collaborate with the warranty team on corrective actions \n Work alongside design engineers and plant operations to identify and correct quality concerns\n Work with tooling and warranty team on warranty claims and quality defects\n Manage the problem-solving process in case of DV/PV failure and any other issue object of escalation\n Ensure adoption of provided QM-methods (e.g. Functional Analysis, FMEA, DOE, PPAP, SPC, 8-D)\n\n REQUIREMENTS\n\n 4+ years' experience in an Engineering role focused on Quality systems (automotive industry experience, preferred)\n Strong understanding in the implementation and requirements of procedures such as PPAP, PFMEA, PDP, etc.\n Excellent working knowledge of SPC, DOE, MSA, Control Plans, and measurement techniques.\n Understanding of technical aspect of quality process, corrective actions\n Strong leadership skills.
