Inc. is seeking a skilled CAE Engineer to support our client’s
vehicle crash safety and structural analysis initiatives. This is a
hands-on contract opportunity for an engineer experienced with
LS-Dyna and vehicle simulation, working closely with design
engineers to ensure accurate and safe vehicle designs. What You’ll
Be Doing Perform meshing for sheet metal, resin, and solid parts.
Coordinate model building and assembly. Pre-process simulations
including adding/replacing parts in LS-Dyna. Connect parts, update
spot welds, and add/update contacts. Add or update data outputs
such as cross sections and accelerometers. Follow Toyota procedures
for moving/positioning dummy models and seats. Submit simulations
using Toyota internal processes and software. Post-process and
analyze CAE results. Create reports documenting your work and
findings. Communicate results to design engineers and the CAE team.
Negotiate countermeasures with TMNA R&D and TMC design
engineers. What You Bring Minimum 2 years of Crash Safety CAE
experience with LS-Dyna (front or side impact experience ideal).
Strong analysis and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with
pre- and post-processing tools, including: Oasys Primer ANSA or
Hypermesh GNS-mbH Animator Microsoft Excel Equal Employment
