Deliver with integrity. We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced supervisor to join our growing restoration team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep, working knowledge of water mitigation and mold remediation , and will bring both technical expertise and leadership experience to guide our crew through projects with precision and professionalism. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who not only understands what needs to be done, but more importantly, understands why and can take full ownership when challenges arise. Adaptability is essential, as project scope and timelines often shift quickly in the field. What We Offer: Base wage starting at $25/hr, based on experience Company vehicle for travel between shop and job sites. May take home if working overtime. Company cell phone for work-related communications All tools and company t-shirts provided Employer-paid continuing education and certifications Opportunities for overtime Requirements: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within restoration IICRC Certification (active or inactive accepted) Physically perform Mitigation & Remediation Set up, maintain and monitor drying equipment in accordance with IICRC Standards Familiarity with DASH , Xactimate , and DRYtrack (or comparable platforms) Strong proficiency in documenting all aspects of a job Exceptional attention to detail in scope execution and reporting Proven ability to lead by example and educate junior staff in real-time Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both peers and management Strong accountability and problem-solving mindset Able to lift up to 50LBS This position is ideal for someone who is solution-oriented , thrives in a fast-paced environment , and is committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship and leadership.
