Job Description:

SRT is seeking a Design System Engineer to lead and support varied HVAC & Engine Systems deliverables from requirements to functional performance to hardware management within the performance vehicle realm. This role partners with the Propulsion Systems HVAC & Engine Systems, SRT Vehicle Program, and SRT Propulsion Program teams to deliver highly capable performance vehicles. Responsibilities: Coordinate technical aspects of the HVAC & Engine System design to achieve customer requirements, functional objectives, and quality targets Lead SRT HVAC & Engine Systems first-line response to issue discovery, owning initial triage and assessment activities to define and guide ICA and PCA owners Manage support for proof of concept, mule, and plant builds including parts and software Support Propulsion System and PFDI development and validation trips, including track performance validation Help define and decompose vehicle-level functional objectives and performance requirements Co-lead proactive risk management tasks with the Propulsion and Vehicle Quality Managers Our Benefits - Designed with You in Mind Comprehensive Health & Well-being Coverage From your very first day, you’ll have access to medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage - ensuring you and your family stay healthy and protected.
