The Depot Branch Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Pontiac Depot Location.Basic Overview:

• Maintaining and managing physical aspects of Depot building
• Point person for all customer service issues in the Pontiac/Detroit area
• Growth
• Establishing and maintaining customer relations
• Ensure correct invoicing
• Fleet presentation, compliances, maintenance, and repair
• Inventory control
• Training
• Route coverage deliveringResponsible For:
  • Building maintenance and cleaning
  • Truck maintenance as needed and establishing repair contacts. Working with Service Manager to assure vehicles are in compliance with FMCSA regulations and operating safely
  • Handling the paperwork involved and transferring all invoices to parent company.Requirements:
    • Self-motivated
    • Valid Driver's License (Maximum 4 points)
    • Bachelor Degree/Industry Experience/Management Experience
    • Physically able to do route work if required (lift 80 lbs. periodically and carry short distances)
    • Proven sales ability
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Organizational ability skills
    • Independent
    • Able to obtain DOT physical cardSpecific Job Duties:Establish and maintain an ongoing relationship with ALL customers being serviced out of the Depot location. This includes scheduled periodic visits to assure our service and product quality is satisfactory. Documented service surveys are to be conducted and kept on file.Maintain and ensure inventory control of City Uniforms and Linen's product and to ensure our route representatives are maintaining inventory in accordance with billing policies.The position will be focused on generating new business relationships and growing our market share. An emphasis placed upselling existing customers with additional products and services we offer. Contract reviews and contract renewals with customer. Responsible to handle all customer service issues and communicate with Service Manager and or Production manager as needed.Learn and familiarize all accounts, will fill in for all vacation, illness, and holiday make-up route duties. Train and monitor all CSR's ensuring route books are kept up to date and accurate. Proficient in Alliant software usage. Versed in all aspects of the company manual.Daily inventory of all stock left over including ancillary items. Daily reporting of such. Tracking, ordering, and pulling all special orders emailed and called in. Receiving, verifying, and signing for all deliveries from outside vendors at Maple Heights. Assist with unloading and loading of Depot truck. Identify shortages from Depot loads. Put product away in an organized manner.Fully versed with Uniform/Non-personal ordering and Quit procedures. Other responsibilities to be assigned as appropriate with growth in the region.
