Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARYThe incumbent will lead and manage the global
payroll system consolidation resulting from Merger and Acquisition
activity. Position will be responsible for working with local HR
and Payroll resources to develop business cases within countries to
drive towards a single payroll system within a country. The
incumbent will have responsibility for interfaces between the
global HR System, Workday, and local payroll and Time & Attendance
systems. Position will also have responsibility for the development
and oversight of Power BI Dashboards.Position will have management
responsibilities for all interfaces globally. Scope of interfaces
to include all systems that we are sending data from Workday to
local and corporate wide systems such as payroll, Time &
Attendance, Benefit Carriers, RSP, ERP, Travel, Active Directory,
HFM, etc. Incumbent will be expected to work closely with IT, local
HR/payroll resources as well as outside resources as
applicable.Position will be expected to work with local HR Teams,
and Business Unit HR Leadership as applicable, to understand HR
System, Payroll, and Time & Attendance needs, provide
recommendations/solutions, assist in the creation of business cases
and provide management support in leading the implementation of new
HR related system solutions. Scope of responsibilities may also
include, but not limited to, leading projects in other HR system
related areas such as Workforce Planning and Analytics.POSITION
ACCOUNTABILITIESLead and manage the global payroll consolidation of
payroll systems.Lead the creation of the business case which will
provide the final recommendation for the single payroll system
within a countryLead the creation of project plans and drive the
successful consolidation of payroll and Time & Attendance systems
within a countryLead and manage the successful implementation of
the interfaces from Workday to local payroll and Time & Attendance
systemsDrive consistency and standardization of payrolls within a
country, across multiple locations, to move to a single payroll
interface from Workday to the payroll systemAssist in the
evaluation of potential new payroll and Time & Attendance systems
as applicableFunction as the liaison/interface between
local/Business Unit HR and technical solutions, including but not
limited to Payroll, Time & Attendance, and other HR system related
needs.Collaborate with IT and local HR/Payroll team members
ensuring timely updates are provided.Provide training and guidance
to less experienced HRIS staff who will be assisting with the
payroll system consolidation activities. Activities may require
providing support and development of interfaces as needed to assist
in resolving Production issues.Lead the development, support and
training of Power BI DashboardsProvide support for Workday
Dashboards and future possible reporting applications (such as
Prism)Manage the overall usage of interfaces, identify gaps,
follow-up with local HR Management and ensure complianceAssist with
technical reporting requests as neededRespond to internal and
external audit requestsMaintain current knowledge of the current
HRIS and Payroll system marketplace and possible global payroll
solutions and Shared Service ModelsOversee Workday system upgrade
testing (twice a year) related to interfaces globallyProvide

SupportEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONSBachelors Degree in Human
Resources or Information Technology related field Ten plus years
related experience in Human Resource Information Systems Three
years of supervisory experience preferred Five plus years of
experience supporting payroll and Time & Attendance interfaces Five
plus years of prior experience implementing or consolidating
payroll systems Workday HR System experience preferred Five plus
years of project management preferred Demonstrated coordination,
facilitation, consultation and conflict resolution skills.
Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
