DIRECTOR OF TALENT ACQUISITIONOverall PurposeAs a key member of the Leadership team, the Director of Talent Acquisition will ensure staffing availability in all US/Canada markets in support of our Strategic Plan. In this full-time position, you will set and execute recruitment initiatives, operating as a major pillar in our strategy to grow domestically. Your abilities and ideas will enable the successful acquisition of talent for the organization and support a culture of continual improvement. Reports toGM USA/Canada, Automotive DivisionDirector of Talent Acquisition ResponsibilitiesDesign a repeatable, efficient and creative recruitment process to find, attract and evaluate candidates for inspector/associate rolesDevelop and lead short- and long-term talent strategies to help the organization meet aggressive hiring goals while driving revenue improvementBuild a strong talent pipeline including developing relationships with various associations and organizationsIdentify emerging employment trends and innovative recruiting tacticsEstablish, execute and manage policies, plans and procedures around recruiting operations, reporting, analytics and sourcing that support the achievement of business goals Work with Marketing to evaluate and implement employer branding strategies, forecast hiring needs based on business growth plansAssist and/or lead development of job descriptions, interview forms, candidate calibration processes, and other recruiting department needsPartner with HR Team to ensure proper onboarding / training of new hiresMonitor key recruitment metrics and hiring goals (i.e. vacancy rate, turnover rate, etc.) to ensure recruiting processes are efficient / effective; prepare associated reports and presentationsPrepare and track annual recruitment budgetHire and manage staff to build and support the staffing/talent acquisition function as required, including all aspects of team performance and development of direct reports (including recruitment managers and recruitment team) to encourage professional growthWork experienceProgressive experience, demonstrated through a minimum of 7-10 years in an HR, Talent Recruitment or/or Talent Development function Demonstrated ability in designing and implementing exceptional talent acquisition and talent management strategies Passion for people of all types including the ability to identify the skills and personalities required for the formation of small effective teams Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentDemonstrated leadership skills including the ability to build consensus and influence across levels within the organizationExperience with budget managementExcellent project management skills and proven comfort with technologySkillsExcellent communication skills with ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)Computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and HR databasesData-driven mentality and strong analytical skills to generate metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and identify insights that continuously improve the recruiting functionBusiness and financial acumenAnalytical thought leader with ability to effectively utilize data to drive actionClear, authentic, and direct communication style Education backgroundBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology or related field required.About TRIGO Global Quality SolutionsTRIGO is a multinational company providing operational Quality Management solutions for the manufacturing sector since 1997.
