Job Description We are seeking a CNA HHA to join our team You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care. Responsibilities: Provide in-home one on one patient care under direction of nursing supervisor Administer prescribed medications to patients Provide hands-on care and assistance w Activities of Daily Living Keep patient's environment tidy and free of debris Accompany patient when being transported in Medical transportation Provide companionship and basic care to patients Maintain a clean and healthy environment --- Qualifications: Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with patients Compassionate and caring demeanor Familiarity with medical terminology Ability to work well in teams Company Description Care Michigan is one of the fastest growing providers of Home Care Coordination, therapeutic and ancillary supportive services in the State of Michigan serving individuals who have been severely injured in on-the-job, pedestrian and motor vehicle accidents.
