We seek Remarkable individuals from a variety of backgrounds, because diversity makes us stronger.The Orthopedic Floor is a 33-bed unit that serves orthopedic, medical/surgical patients as well as observation patient overflow. Common conditions/diagnoses treated are: elective hip and knee replacement, shoulder replacement, orthopedic trauma, elective foot/ankle surgery, and general medical/surgical patients. Can also monitor patients requiring cardiac telemetry. The Registered Nurse Provides quality patient centered care considering age specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs through competent clinical practice and application of the nursing process. They consistently integrate concepts of relationship-based care into practice and serves as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit. REQUIRED EDUCATION / LICENSURE

• Requires current Michigan Nursing License
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
