What You’ll Do This is more than a clinical role—it’s your opportunity to lead care, educate patients, and elevate outcomes. Comprehensive OB/GYN Care - Deliver full-spectrum gynecologic and obstetric care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. - Perform routine exams: Pap smears, breast exams, pelvic assessments. - Provide expert prenatal care and family planning services (IUD, Nexplanon). - Diagnose and treat complex reproductive and hormonal health conditions. Advanced In-Office Procedures - Colposcopy & Endometrial Biopsy - LEEP & Cryotherapy - Hysteroscopy & D&C - Hysterosalpingography (HSG) - Bladder Ultrasounds - Bartholin’s Cyst Management - IUD & Nexplanon insertions/removals Patient Education & Emotional Support - Guide patients through fertility decisions and sensitive diagnoses. - Create a safe, inclusive space where patients feel heard, informed, and cared for. Team Collaboration & Leadership - Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff. - Mentor junior providers and contribute to cross-functional case reviews. - Help shape clinical pathways and practice standards. Compliance & Clinical Excellence - Maintain complete, timely, and accurate medical records. - Stay current on OB/GYN best practices and innovations in care. What You Bring We’re seeking more than credentials—we’re looking for someone who leads with purpose and compassion. Qualifications - Medical Degree (MD/DO) from an accredited medical school - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology - Valid State Medical License (Michigan) - OB/GYN clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings Key Skills - Expertise in routine and complex gynecological procedures - Compassionate, patient-centered communication - Collaborative spirit and mentorship ability - EHR proficiency and clinical documentation excellence Why Join EPIC Health?
