Job Description Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Novi, MI Join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals at a leading hospital in Novi, MI, looking for 2-3 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to support the anesthesia departments. This facility is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and provides a collaborative environment. Candidates should be available to float between the Novi and Southfield locations, bringing their expertise to a variety of anesthesia cases, including neuro, endoscopy, and radiology. Job Responsibilities: - Float between two locations, informed of assignments the day before. - Work various shift lengths, including 8-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour, 16-hour, and 24-hour shifts. - Manage later shifts (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.) and weekend shifts as needed. - Handle 36-46 total cases per day between both locations, with 15-20 cases at each site. - Follow a supervised CRNA model with a 4:1 ratio, where most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia. - Responsible for arterial line placements. - Maintain a clean professional background, with no license actions. Qualifications: - Board Certification as a CRNA - REQUIRED - Active Michigan nursing license - REQUIRED - Clean background with no prior issues - REQUIRED - Current ACLS and BLS certification through AHA - REQUIRED - PALS certification - REQUIRED - Availability for a minimum of 3 weekdays required. - Must be ready to start immediately. License and Certification Requirements: Licenses: Must hold an active Michigan nursing license.
