for a contract position in Midland, MI. This role demands
fundamental knowledge of operative procedures to provide
comprehensive care for ambulatory surgery patients. The RN will
play a vital role in assessing patient needs, delivering skilled
nursing services, and supporting the surgical care team. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct regular assessments of patient needs and
administer nursing care according to physician-approved plans and
nursing standards. Deliver direct patient care, including
medication administration, treatments, responding to call lights
and alarms, and assisting with transfers. Evaluate the
effectiveness of treatment plans and collaborate with healthcare
team members to update care plans for optimal patient outcomes.
Accurately process and carry out physician and provider orders in a
timely fashion. Follow up on medication changes and clarify orders
