Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager at B12 LOVE, located in Montclair Village (Oakland, CA). The Clinic Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, ensure exceptional client service, manage budgeting processes, train and mentor staff, and collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to maintain compliance and quality care. The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to manage staff and resources effectively in a dynamic environment. Qualifications Proven Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a positive client experience and collaborative team environment Experience with Budgeting and resource management to maintain efficient and cost-effective clinic operations Strong leadership and Training abilities to mentor and support team members effectively Knowledge of Functional Medicine, Aesthetics or clinical practices would be a strong advantage Organizational and problem-solving skills Experience working in a fast paced, growth mode environment would be a strong advantage Proficiency with clinic management software or related technology is beneficial Must be willing to work Tuesday-Saturday (9am-6pm schedule) Benefits Full-Time position (40 hours per week with some occasional overtime) Hourly position: $40-$48 per hour (Based on Experience) Opportunity to earn Quarterly Bonuses PTO/Vacation Time (18 days per year) Sick/Wellness Time (9 days per year) $500 monthly credit (B12 LOVE Dollars) to go towards products and services 25% discount Company Sponsored 401K Medical, Dental, Vision (80% coverage 50% dependent coverage) $500 yearly educational stipend
