clinicians and humans. About the Role We are seeking an Infant
Development Specialist (IDS) to join our Early Intervention team,
providing home-based services to infants and toddlers from birth to
three. This is an hourly, highly flexible position, with the option
to build to a full-time caseload. The IDS provides specialized
instruction to support development across physical, cognitive,
communication, social-emotional, and self-help domains. Services
are delivered in natural environments and are aligned with each
child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). Responsibilities
Provide early intervention services to infants and toddlers from
birth to three, aligned with IFSP goals Support development using
play-based, routine-based, and relationship-focused approaches
Coach parents and caregivers to embed developmental strategies into
everyday routines Monitor progress through observation, caregiver
input, and required documentation Collaborate with service
coordinators and interdisciplinary team members including SLP, OT,
and PT Participate in IFSP meetings, progress reporting, and
transition planning as needed Qualifications At least 1 year of
experience working with parents and young children with
disabilities, plus a valid license or certification in OT, PT,
Special Education, Psychology, Nursing, or SLP, OR a Master’s
degree in child development or early childhood education with early
intervention coursework 3 years of human services experience,
including at least 1 year in early intervention, OR a Bachelor’s
degree in a related field supporting service delivery Knowledge of
early childhood development and the IFSP process Strong
communication and collaboration skills with families and
interdisciplinary teams Ability to work independently while
functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team Familiarity with
healthcare privacy regulations and ethical standards Valid driver’s

Schedule Monday to Friday, with the option to work on Saturday if
