This is a Level 2 NICU setting, and candidates must have strong Level 3 NICU experience. Ideal for nurses with a solid neonatal critical care background looking for a rewarding contract opportunity. Schedule • Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM • Must be available to work weekends • 13-week contract • Teams interview Responsibilities • Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality neonatal patient care • Utilize the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation • Monitor and care for critically ill neonates • Delegate and supervise care delivery within the unit • Educate and support families • Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team • Accurately document patient care and progress Required Qualifications • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing • Active Michigan RN License • BLS certification • Minimum 2 years Level 3 NICU experience (REQUIRED) • Hospital experience required • No new grads Skills & Competencies • Strong neonatal critical care knowledge • Ability to create and implement effective care plans • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Ability to manage high-acuity patients HonorVet Technologies Job ID 31876216.
