Location: Laboratories - Toledo Main Department: Lab Customer Service Weekly Hours: 25 Status: Part time Shift: Evenings (United States of America) Job Summary: In this role, you will help patients register for the lab and keep track of specimens, billing and distribution of results. You will serve as the first contact for both internal and external callers to a ProMedica laboratory. These calls will range from patient information and test results to phlebotomy services for acute care inpatients. You will deliver results, many critical or stat, to clients and be ready for incoming stat or critical services. You will help retrieve the specimen for additional tests that are ordered. REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or equivalent PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Experience in a laboratory, hospital, or healthcare office environment.
