Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Location: Perrysburg, OH Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,225 to $1,425 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Perrysburg, OH. Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active Ohio COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Ability to document treatment plans and progress notes using electronic medical records preferred. Client requires ability to work five days per week as part of the schedule. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Frequency: 5 days per week.
