Midland. MI needs GI Locums that will not see patients in the clinic

Responsibilities

Specialty:
Gastroenterology Physician

o Locations:

Midland, MI

Clinic, Call, or Both:
Call and Inpatient coverage

Schedule:

Monday morning to the following Monday morning)
Two weeks per month.
The locum will cover the hospital, ED, and phone calls from sites across our health system when they are on duty.

Cases/Procedures:
Approximately 4-8 consults/rounds per day

Anesthesia is in house 24/7

Clinical support:
3 IR physicians

APP support Monday-Thursday

EMR:
Epic

Required experience, training, and certifications:
One year actively practicing as a Gastroenterologist
Case Logs:
24 patient encounters' in the past 12 months

Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:
MI License or IMLC required

Credentialing Timeframe:
30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
