: The Salesforce Application Developer will work in a fast paced, results-driven sales centric environment. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: User maintenance including but not limited to: setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and groupsAsisst with testing Salesforce instance changesImplement, administer, and maintain changes to Salesforceand related tools (e.g. call dialer, marketing cloud, mapping tool)Manage data storage and licensing requirementsWork with the business to manage data in all sales tools to ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness of updatesIdentify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriatelyCreate and customize standard and custom objects including fields (including formula fields), page layouts, security rules, workflow and validation rulesAssist thebusiness with data development / managementDevelopment of meaningful reportsEvaluate new Salesforcereleases and apps, participate in plans for their implementation, and remain current with Salesforce best practicesPro-activelywork on process improvements for enhanced user adoptionCreate and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as new applications or processes are developed WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Required:Computer-related degree or equivalent experience2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.Ability to interact with business users and translate business needs into solutions.Salesforce Administrator CertificationSalesforce Advanced Administrator CertificationExperience working with Microsoft Office applications.Ability to learn quickly and be comfortable asking questions and seeking answer.BS or BA degree in computer science, information technology or equivalentThis position requires on-site attendance.Preferred:Experience working in an Agile software developmentManual QA testing expereinceExperince gathering requirements THE PLACE & THE PERKS: Ready to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
