Job Description:

We are currently seeking a **Customer Service Administrator** to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to respond to customers in a professional manner and assure a steady completion of workload on time is key to success in this position. This position will serve in the DTE call center to handle customer call-ins and complaints for vegetation trimming calls and will be primarily in-office. Our team members work independently in an outdoor environment and follow all CDC recommended guidelines and company safety protocols relevant to COVID-19. **WHAT WE OFFER:** + Industry competitive pay. + Medical/Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, effective Day 1 for full time team members. + 401K eligibility. + Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Leave. + Weekly pay checks and direct deposit. + Participation in Employee Referral Program (must meet eligibility requirements). + Boot and clothing program (company funded). + Ongoing training and assistance with obtaining industry certifications. **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** + Compile data, information, and call-in contacts and pass along to other customer service leads. + Respond to customers in a timely manner and either approve or decline the request. + Track and follow-up with line clearance crews in the completion of jobs. + Follow-up with customers on the service that was provided. + Assist current team on the client system with crew audits and work reviews. + Eventually be involved in making actual customer calls to discuss work to be completed. + Conduct field training for 2-3 weeks prior to stepping into the phone center. **WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:** + Basic knowledge of tree species. + Prior customer service experience and ability to organize and manage multiple spreadsheets. + Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. + Exceptional communication skills. + Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner. + Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint Sharepoint/Teams). **WHAT WOULD BE AMAZING TO HAVE:** + Associate or Bachelor's degree in Forestry or related field preferred. + Prior experience in UVM, Forestry or related outdoor work a plus. + ISA Certification a plus. **Physical Demands & Working Environment** Employee must be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. **Physical** The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
