DOING:Conducting comprehensive needs analysis and extracting the
requirements of a client to determine the best
solutionCollaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop
materials that are relevant to the business and audienceUsing data
to measure the effectiveness of training materials and acting on
any necessary changesWriting outcomes for advanced-level
coursesDeveloping e-learning, Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT),
infographics, videos, training programs, and other materials to
achieve the training needs of the IT organizationCompleting a
project through the entire ADDIE processEstablishing and
maintaining productive relationships within the IT organization to
gain valuable insights and knowledgeCreating blended courses for
intermediate and advanced-level continuous training of IT team
membersSupporting onboarding of new instructional designers at all
levelsConducting peer reviews of training materialsProviding
recommendations for improvements of materials and processes to
leadershipAdding value to our team by being a team player, working
towards team goals and by your self-motivated pursuit of excellence
and personal growthMentoring and helping the Instructional
Designers on the team level-up their skills by sharing your
experiences and knowledge of the industryWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:Must
Have Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design,
adult education, or a related field OR 5+ years professional
experience as Instructional Designer or position in Learning &
DevelopmentExtensive knowledge of learning theories and
instructional design modelsExperience collaborating with team
members and business leaders in a corporate setting5+ year
experience facilitating needs analysesExperience developing and
maintaining extensive training programs and/or certification
programsExceptional ability to communicate effectively both
verbally and in writingAbility to explain complex information in
clear, concise termsResults-oriented, with the ability to
independently complete assignments on time and manage multiple
priorities concurrentlyExcellent time-management skills and the
ability to adjust in a fast-changing environmentAdvanced
proficiency in MS Office and multimedia tools (Vyond, Camtasia,
Snagit, Canva, Adobe Audition, Audacity, etc.)Proven experience of
Articulate Storyline360 and Rise360 to develop interactive
computer-based training modulesExperience with Learning Management
System (LMS) as an administratorNice To Have
Qualifications:Master's Degree in Instructional Design, adult
education, or related fieldExperience working in the IT industry to
develop training3+ years experience in project and/or vendor
managementKnowledge of software development lifecycleKnowledge of
Agile and ScrumExperience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or
Illustrator to create images and documents for training
contentBasic programming background (HTML, CSS,
