Job Description Job Description So Sweet Lebanese & French Pastries in Toledo, OH is looking for one so sweet assistant pastry chef at so sweet - talmadge rd to join our 29 person strong team. Responsibilities Assist the Pastry Chef with orders as they come in Prepare and plate pastries according to quality and presentation standards Ensure the front display case is fully stocked with fresh, delicious treats for walk-in guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Support daily production tasks and assist with prep work as needed Qualifications Some prior experience is preferred but not required Passion for baking and willingness to learn new techniques Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude Dependable and punctual Must be on time and available 5 days a week from 7:00 AM–2:00 PM We are looking forward to hearing from you.
