:Information Technology is one of the fastest-growing teams within UWM, and we need a Business Analyst Technical Trainer to help our IT Organization continue to grow and support our consumers, brokers, and teammates with high-quality software. It is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical experience to help team members establish new Business Analyst careers and continue growing throughout their career path.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Partnering with IT leadership to provide accurate, relevant, and effective trainingPartnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers in the development of training materialsParticipating in UWM Business Analyst communities and guildsFacilitating both in-person and virtual training and meetingsFacilitating initial and ongoing training for IT team membersCross-training team members within IT as necessaryProvide ongoing support to IT team members, including mentoring and coachingFacilitating and maintaining the BAX training program. They will also be responsible for CI training and assisting with IT Initial and other training programs, as needed.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:Required:Previous experience in an agile environment3-5 years of experience working in a Business Analyst rolePrevious experience facilitating or developing corporate trainingStrong work ethic and team player spiritProficient experience with MS SuiteStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation and public speaking skillsThis position requires on-site attendancePreferred:Mortgage industry experienceExperience with TFS or JiraKnowledge of Scrum and KanbanPrevious experience creating test plans and test casesRelational database experience (SQL, Oracle)Experience with the ADDIE model of training developmentTHE PLACE & THE PERKS:Ready to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
