Job Description:

• 
  
• Installs Personal Computer Support Specialist. Installs personal computer hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, scanners, and disk drives.
  
• Loads and verifies correct operation of software packages such as operating system, word processing and spreadsheet programs, etc.
  
• Performs network connection set-up, and user profile, data, and application migration from workstation to workstation.
  
• Identifies and resolves hardware, software, and operating system problems, makes minor repairs, or refers to application specialists.
  
• This role may require working afternoon shift.
  
• This role will require personnel to drive their vehicle to various Client locations delivering equipment and accommodating customer requests. (Mileage is paid by the County).
  
  Environment: Microsoft Desktop OS, Microsoft Office Suite (On-line and Desktop), SCCM, and Active Directory; Trellix AV, LPR Printing.
