LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with the Michigan Branch
office of a top-notch Intellectual property-focused law firm in
their search for a full-time Junior IP Legal Assistant/Legal
Executive Administrative Assistant. The deliverables and
credentials that our client is looking for are outlined below. 2
years of experience working as an Intellectual Property Legal
Assistant. Our client is open to candidates who have either
trademark or patent experience. Proficient with supporting
partner-level attorneys and assisting attorneys with tasks
regularly asked of an Executive Administrative Assistant. These
include, but are not limited to, calendaring, docketing, assisting
with client correspondence, proofreading legal documents, and
expense reports, entering attorneys' billable hours, and reviewing
bills before they go to clients. etc. If a candidate holds a
bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate is
preferred or not required. Our client will consider professional
experience. Our client offers a robust package of benefits, PTO,
