The Shift LeadShopper is a non-exempt role responsible for working with a 3rd party grocerydelivery service provider. The role will be responsible for preparing thegrocery bags for handoff to couriers at a grocery or convenience retail storeas well as supporting a team of shoppers who also execute the shoppingwork.Essential Functions:Accurately picks items in customers' orders, packs items inbags, and prepares bags for handoff to couriersHelps improve operations. Contributes ideas to improve ourquality and customer experienceIn-store lead partner with the retailer's leadership to ensure qualityresults and all expectations are metResponsible for overall execution of KPIs for the locationWorks with the Area Supervisor to ensure all shifts arescheduled and filled accuratelyPerforms the tasks efficiently and effectively withaccuracyLeads by example in all facets of program executionAssists in setting the expectations for shoppers on the team andprovides coaching where necessaryCoaches and teaches the skills and processes required to achievethe expected results.Minimum Education and/or Experience:High School Diploma or GEDBe at least 21 years oldBe eligible to work in the United StatesPossess a track record of success leading teams in a lead rolein the retail, warehousing, or facilities managementDemonstrated ability to lead by example in all facets of programexecutionMust be proficient in basic computer programs such as GoogleSheets and MS office suite About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
