Job Description --- This is a part-time (15-25 hours/week) role whose primary task is maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of our facility. This position has the potential to grow into a full- time role (with benefits) for those with exemplary work/work ethic and those who mesh well in our team culture. You will be tasked with but not limited to the items listed below. Compensation will fall in the $12-$15/hour ballpark depending on work experience and is subject to a 90-day review. General Accountabilities --- Cleans bathrooms, offices, fields, basketball courts, and any other assigned areas by sweeping, mopping and scrubbing. --- Disposes of infectious waste when assigned. --- Empties and decontaminates trash containers. --- Moves, rearranges, and dusts furniture and fixtures. --- Mixes or blends routine cleaning solutions to proper concentrations as necessary for various tasks. --- Cleans and waxes floors using industrial-size mops and/or machines. --- Washes blinds, windows, and walls with prescribed solutions. --- Operates wet/dry vacuum for cleaning up dirt a messes --- Reports needs for minor building or equipment repair to Facility manager. --- Reports safety hazards to Facility manager. --- Washes and folds towels used to clean the facility --- Set up and tear down of tables and chairs for large events Job Qualifications --- Education: High school diploma or equivalent --- Experience: At least 1 year of previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience Skills --- Active listener and learner --- Professional communication with clients and other team members --- Detail oriented- sets/keeps high quality standards --- Thrives in a fast-paced (team) work environment
