We are seeking an experienced inpatient coder with strong acute care hospital experience to work as a lead over an inpatient team. This position is open due to the dynamic growth of this system. This opportunity is an excellent fit for someone with strong inpatient coding experience who is looking for a lead coding position. The individual will oversee an inpatient coding team of 7 coders. This person will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of the charts. This is a fully remote opportunity but we would require the individual to come on site quarterly for occasional meetings.

If you are an experienced coder with strong hospital inpatient experience, we want to speak with you about this amazing opportunity. CCS certification or RHIT certification through AHIMA required.
