And having your hand in all these various areas means your knowledge will soar. So take it all in, because in this role, there's a big potential for growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

* Entering data
* Splitting and labeling new loan packages
* Ordering flood certifications, FHA case number assignments and verifications of income
* State-specific disclosures and appraisal mail-outs
* Social Security Number verifications
* Indexing of loan conditions
* Ordering and uploading 4506-T transcripts
* Loan participant state and federal verification
* Submissions summary report reviews
* State and federal compliance condition reviews
* Handling inbound and outbound calls from 3rd party vendors and clients

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (specifically Outlook, Excel and Word)
* Production and process oriented
* Comfortable talking with Clients over the phone
* Attention to detail
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
* Ability to multitask and adapt
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* On-site, full-time attendance
* Ability to handle multiple inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis
