Summary of Job



This position will be tasked with setting up, managing, and troubleshooting the technology systems and maintaining computer and software networks.



Duties and Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage and support company applications and systems (PC& laptops, Windows, Printers, storage, network, VPN, Office 365
  
• Supervise and support all approved software applications.
  
• Responsible for keeping computer systems updated with latest operating system and application patches.
  
• Assist coordination of adds/moves and changes.
  
• Any other duties as assigned.
  
  Required experience.
  
  
  • 
    
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related IT management position and working in a corporate environment supporting 50+ users
    
  • IT management experience in the Automotive industry is strongly preferred.
    
  • Education & Language
    
  • Minimum degree: Bachelor's Degree in IT Management.
    
  • Language: English
    
    Skills, Requirements and Competencies
    
    
    • 
      
    • Excellent technical knowledge of network and computer hardware, including troubleshooting network connectivity issues, hard drive errors, network drive and printer mapping.
      
    • Ability to review, evaluate and recommend new technologies.
      
    • Proficiency in MSSQL DB-related Programming and SQL
      
    • PC & Laptop and Office 365
      
    • Networking (VPN/VLAN/SWITCH/Meraki)
      
    • Azure AD / Active Directory
      
    • AWS / Operational Management
      
    • MS Windows OS, MS Exchange, MS SQL
      
    • Project management
      
    • Networking.
      
      Physical Requirements and Demands:
      
      
      • 
        
      • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
        
      • Frequent walking, standing, bending lifting, and reaching.
        
      • Repetitive movement of hands and fingers- typing and or writing
