• RISE Training Program: This 10 to 12 week program will have a Monday through Saturday schedule of which you will work four of those days (i.e. 3 hands on days with patient care and 1 day for theory).
• Weekly Rotation: After RISE Training completion, you will move into a 3 day a week rotation (Days will vary Monday through Saturday with schedules that may include Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday, Monday / Wednesday / Friday or any variation). While Sunday's are atypical, there may be certain circumstances where this will be required. Schedules will be provided a month in advance and Saturday shift maybe flexed.
• Hours / Shift : Starting and ending times can range from 4:00 am to 9:00 pm with average daily hours ranging from 10 to 12 hours a day.
• Hands on Care: Monitor, educate and provide care for up to 4 patients before, during and after dialysis treatment.Please note you will have exposure to blood and needles.
• Relationships: Support your community and build relationships by caring for patients local to your town.What does a successful PCT look like?
  • High School Diploma (HSD) or GED
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles, mixing acid or bicarb
  • Desire to enter the healthcare field to care for other people in need
  • Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast paced setting as part of a team while managing multiple responsibilities at a time
  • Healthcare experience a plus including: BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.Get to Know Us!
