Responsibilities:
--- Review the financial status, credit history, and property valuations of applicants in Troy, MI to assess loan feasibility
--- Ensure compliance of loan agreements with regulations and company policies specific to Troy, MI
--- Provide clients in Troy, MI with guidance on loan options and terms tailored to their needs
--- Assist clients in Troy, MI with completing loan applications and collecting necessary documentation
--- Collaborate with underwriters, appraisers, and other professionals in Troy, MI to streamline the loan approval process

Qualifications:
