:United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) is America's mortgage lender and we're looking to fill an immediate need for Mortgage Operations Specialists.MUST KNOWThis is an 8-hour shift, Monday - FridayRequires 100% full-time, on-site attendance in Pontiac, MIWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Entering dataSplitting and labeling loan packagesOrdering verifications of incomeVerifying Social Security NumbersIndexing of loan conditionsOrdering and uploading documentsLoan verificationSubmitting summary report reviewsReviewing state and federal complianceHandling inbound and outbound callsWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:High school diploma or equivalentNo Mortgage experience necessaryComfortable with technology (experience using dual monitors)Process orientedComfortable talking with clients over the phoneAbility to multitask and adapt to changePositive attitude and willingness to learnStrong attention to detailExperience in a professional or office setting
