It's what you'd expect from the most sustainable paints company, which has been inventing the future for more than two centuries.Job PurposeExecutives assigned production tasks in accordance with procedures, to ensure right levels of HSE, Quality, Service, and costs.Key Responsibilities* Actively participates in safety programs and be able to perform daily checklists and 5S participation.* Performs routine, non-routine, and complex assignments and operates highly sophisticated equipment under general supervision.* Takes ownership of production assets and ensures they are operated safely and as per established procedures, guidelines, and industry best practice.* Performs daily production, preventative maintenance, process data collection, and administration tasks as per procedures and control systems.* Reports safety, quality, or other issues related to products or production processes to Team Leader/Shift Supervisor.* Ensures all (shift team) production targets are met whilst ensuring the appropriate quality standards are maintained.* Issues (CAR) corrective action request, respectively Hazard report when any relevant issue is noticed, regardless location or responsible department.* Provides progress updates to Team Leader/Shift Supervisor.* Attends and contributes to meetings.* Contributes in the investigation of (HSE) Health, Safety, and Enviromental or quality issues for customer complaints, reject batches, or other quality related issues.Job Requirements* High School graduate or equivalent and at least 18 years of age.* Must have previous experience in paint manufacturing facility.* Possess a basic knowledge of chemistry and chemical processes.* Ability to read, interpret, and make decisions in regard to trends, graphs, and charts.Total Compensation* The hourly range for these skills is: $22.00/hr. plus $0.50 2nd shift difference + 3% Annual Bonus* 401K retirement savings with 6% company match* Medical insurance with HSA* Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D benefits* Generous vacation, sick and holiday pay* Progression (pay-for-skill) pay plans.* Short- & Long-term disability* Paid Parental leave.* Career growth opportunities* Active Diversity & Inclusion Networks* Employee referral plan* Employee appreciation daysAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or veteran status.Requisition ID: 30268#LI-DNI
