company has been in business for 28 years. We are a Certified firm
with the IICRC. We assist homeowners and business owners clean up
from these challenges by removing non-restorable materials,
disinfecting and/or cleaning, and drying out structures where
necessary. Our Family-Owned company is in Ira Township. If you have
a background in sales, prospecting, account management, or any
other client-driven industry, this could be a fantastic opportunity
for you. Most of our work comes because of customers experiencing a
water, fire, or mold loss at their home. These are not scheduled or
planned events. Customers can be overwhelmed and of course want to
get back to the way their home was before as soon as possible. We
need people who are empathetic to these situations and enjoy
helping people. We market to companies and organizations who hear
about these losses firsthand. We have an excellent 28-year
reputation. We need someone who is confident and proud of that
reputation and will promote and strongly encourage businesses like
insurance agencies and plumbing companies primarily to recommend
our services. The right candidate will be self-driven and
understand that sales are a numbers game. We are not selling by
phone. We are out meeting and visiting our referral sources.
Plumber meetings typically begin by 7AM. Other businesses such as
insurance agents are typically open from 9-5. That means we should
be seeing our first agent by 9:30 am and our last appointment
should be between 4-4:30pm. The more people we regularly see, the
more jobs we will get. This is a full-time job, not part time.
Requirements/Duties will include, but not limited to: Proven Sales
Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in the
restoration and construction industry. Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with mitigation, restoration services, including
expertise in water, fire, mold. Ability to gain new sales weekly
through Plumbers, Agents, Adjusters, and prior clients. Revenue
Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing
significantly to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and
relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with
clients at various levels. Results-driven: History of meeting and
exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Communication
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
including the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively.
Minimum of three plus years of successful sales experience,
particularly in the Water Mitigation and Fire Remediation industry
with an established book of business Transitioning your existing
book of business. Fearless - Ability to walk into any business
without fear and instantly connect with people. Be confident, have
a positive attitude and be driven to succeed. Professional in
appearance in the way you dress. Professional in the way you act,
speak, and write. Technologically savvy. Ability to understand and
use apps on a phone, use a computer and/or iPad effortlessly and
